About Us

Local, Reliable, and Professional

Torpoint House Clearance was established to provide a professional, reliable, and stress-free clearance service to the residents of Torpoint and the surrounding PL11 area.

We know that clearing a property—whether it's due to a house move, a bereavement, or simply a desire to declutter—can be an emotional and physically demanding task. That's why we approach every job with empathy, discretion, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Why We're Different

• We Care About the Environment: We don't believe in just chucking everything into a landfill. We meticulously sort through collected waste and recycle or donate as much as we possibly can. This not only helps the planet but can also reduce your disposal costs.
• We Know Torpoint: From the tight parking on Fore Street to the access difficulties of the surrounding river-side properties, we know the area and the challenges it presents. Our knowledge means fewer delays and a smoother clearance for you.
• We Are Fully Licensed: We hold a lower tier waste carrier licence and full public liability insurance. You can hire us with complete peace of mind.

Our Commitment to You

When you book a clearance with us, you are getting a team of dedicated professionals who will treat your property with respect. We will arrive on time, work efficiently, and leave your property clean and empty. We provide a fixed price upfront, so you won't get any unexpected bills.

If you have any questions about who we are or how we work, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
